arbitrary dress code unanswered emails
The room design was definitely something. I guess someone liked it.
The rooftop bar was a joke. I got denied entry because of some arbitrary dress code, apparently wearing a hat is a cardinal sin! meanwhile, someone inside was sporting shorts and flip-flops. What gives? even worse, my emails asking to speak to a manager have gone unanswered for over a week. Talk about customer service..

high fee empty fridge
the staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring all needs were met.
The parking fee was quite high at 40 eur per day. I found this excessive. it felt more like a budget accommodation than a premium one.. additionally, the fridge was empty. I expected at least a few complimentary water bottles.
